Producer Payables report error

Understanding the error

The This record is no longer available error message indicates that the Generate Report button cannot locate the required Producer Payables report in your Salesforce organization. This report must exist and be properly configured for the Generate Report functionality to work correctly.

Common causes include:

  • The Producer Payables report was accidentally deleted

  • The report was moved to a private folder

  • The report's unique name doesn't match what the system expects

Restoring the Producer Payables report

If the Producer Payables report is missing, you'll need to recreate it or have your administrator restore it. Check the Recycle Bin first

Before creating a new report, check your Salesforce Recycle Bin to see if the report was recently deleted. Reports remain in the Recycle Bin for 15 days before being permanently deleted.

Contact support to recreate the report

If the report is not in the Recycle Bin, contact support@amplo.com to have the Producer Payables report recreated in your organization. The support team will ensure the report has the correct configuration and unique name required for the Generate Report functionality.

Preventing future issues

To avoid this error in the future, implement these best practices in your organization to protect critical reports that support amplo functionality:

  • Train users not to delete or modify reports that are part of the amplo managed package

  • Ensure critical reports remain in public folders

  • Regularly audit your reports to identify any missing components

Note: The Producer Payables report must remain unedited and saved in a public folder to ensure the Generate Report functionality continues to work properly.
